Are you looking for a sales position at a premium market leader brand where you have impact and responsibility to market our products with strategic partners in the DACH region and drive innovation to continuously improve execution and customer experience for the future? 

Reporting to the Head of retail & etail DACH you will be responsible for developing the business with key retail, omnichannel and mass merch partners with new, more and better in-store + online executions as well as marketing & sales initiatives to increase sales and improve partnerships. You will build the action plan to implement our retail strategy with key partners, drive the execution forward and develop strategic partnerships.

  • Develop business with key retail and omnichannel customers in DACH, achieve assigned targets and strategic goals by identifying and accelerating all opportunities, and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customers.

  • Lead a joint account planning & forecast process that develops mutual performance objectives & predictable revenue growth, define & manage budgets, monitor & report key success parameters and ROI.

  • Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives, coordinate across the partner landscape and execute with excellence.

  • Lead and coordinate the involvement of the broader Logitech team team including field services, support and management functions, provide leadership & inspiration fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration and achieving big bold goals.

  • Inspire our partner on (new) business opportunities acting as brand ambassador.

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience in and positive & pragmatic approach to account management  with with a track record in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG. 

  • Experience in business development, and driving instore execution, strong negotiation skills and experience in building strategic partnerships.

  • Ability to create, structure and present plans

  • Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person with financial acumen.

  • Ability managing topics and challenges in multi functional matrix organizations to drive development and results.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Category management  or trade marketing experience are a plus.
