In this role you will:

  • Responsible for the annual business planning of the education industry across the country.

  • Knowledge of the industry and its trends, in-depth research, and analysis of industry's demand preferences.

  • Find strategic positioning and formulate development directions in different market segments of the education industry.

  • Responsible for channel development, promotion, and maintenance of different market segments, and completing the company's quarterly and annual sales plan.

  • Sort out the core project information of the industry, give timely feedback, and pull the company's resources to support and ensure the implementation.

  • Organize and mobilize internal resources to actively participate in education platform exhibitions and industry exchange meetings to increase brand exposure and find new cooperation opportunities.

  • Provide accurate information on market trends, demand changes, and customer feedback, and provide feasible suggestions for the company to formulate sales and marketing strategies.

  • According to the company's brand and category development strategy, implement and increase the market share of different categories of Logitech in different segments.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Relevant and appropriate educational qualification.
  • Relevant years of experience in sales operation management, familiar with key customer negotiation and channel development process.
  • Familiar with the education industry, understanding the market segments of the education industry, and having more than 4 years of work experience in multiple market segments in the education industry is preferred.
  • Possess excellent market development ability, business negotiation ability, strong sense of business opportunity, logical ability and data analysis ability.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to work independently, expand the market, have teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand strong work pressure.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, fast learning, strong planning, good at integrating multiple resources and using them reasonably.
  • Fluent in English, written and speaking is a must, Arabic & French are a plus
