Help define the future of our brand and the way we communicate our products globally to our consumer.
From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of our brand and products, helping to grow a loyal consumer base.
Manage asset and other creative marketing material development lifecycle with key internal and external stakeholders from a brand perspective making sure all executions are innovative and differentiated, while remaining true to the product and overall Ultimate Ears brand.
Drive ad hoc projects that require strategic leadership and quick attention, including naming, packaging, brand point of views, creative briefs, brand guidelines, point of sale, etc.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
5+ years of experience working in brand, creative, marketing and business-building with responsibility in driving brand strategy and implementation - ideally in an international/ global capacity.
Strategic understanding of brand architecture, brand development, brand management, research/ insights development and marketing processes.
Experience with hands-on development of creative campaigns, such as writing briefs, reviewing creative, directing agency partners, developing best-in-class toolkits and executing brand marketing tactics.
Excellent organization and project management skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines.
Should be a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners globally.
Proactive, self-starter with ability to work independently. Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and maintain composure and tact under pressure.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
BA degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications
Experience working in an international market or within a global marketing organization
Passion for music and consumer technology products
Proven outside-the-box thinking and a fierce commitment to detail
Comfortable working in a fully integrated marketing capacity - traditional/digital/social/ influencer programs
Strong presentation skills
