We are looking for an exceptional HR Information Systems & Insights Specialist to join our global People Services team and be part of our continuing growth and transformation. 

People Services was set up at the beginning of 2018 to centralize the administration of Logitech’s people data and process and is now embarking on the next stage of transformation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Self-Service, Analytics and process re-engineering. This is the role for someone with a strong HRIS background which combines an understanding of HRIS/data processes with a real appreciation for driving data analysis and insights for proactive decision making.

The role will report to the People Services Information Systems & Insights Manager and will serve as a subject matter expert in insights and analytics to improve HR’s ability to discover insights and take action, understand our potential metrics and identify metrics that will be meaningful to the organization.  You will play a key role in carrying out our analytics roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders across HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, Finance and IT, and determine operational metrics for each function.  You will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of reliable data, high value reporting, and readiness for descriptive and diagnostics analytic projects.

You will be part of our HRIS team working to triage and address incoming requests, perform analysis/testing/support, and develop new features in Workday.  You will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s policies and procedures related to the administration of our HR systems to support the long- and short-term business goals. Your Contribution:

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Execution and development of our analytics roadmap with an understanding of potential metrics and a focus on metrics that would matter most to the organization

  • Partner with all areas of HR to create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards

  • Implement and maintain complex and advanced reporting

  • Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners and technical teams to gather and define requirements, provide recommendations through a consultative approach, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption.

  • Identify the communication of changes and benefits to end users required to support changes.

  • Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc.

  • End user training and change management to drive user adoption and education

  • Support the design, delivery, and enablement of exceptional people experiences through our HR systems and processes



For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5-7 years relevant analytics experience in People / Talent and HR, with minimum 4+ years hands-on Workday or HCM experience

  • Experience solving workforce problems using quantitive and qualitive approaches

  • Strong knowledge of HR modules such as Absence management, Compensation, Talent management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting

  • Strong knowledge of custom and advanced reporting, calculated fields, and discovery boards - Workday Pro Reporting Certification is a plus

  • Skilled and experienced with data lifecycle management, visualizations, data interpretation and storytelling, and developing dynamic dashboards

  • Experience with workforce planning solutions

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday best practices and how to effectively translate into realistic business processes

  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into consumable formats and effectively present to different audiences

  • Experience working with a global company and sensitivity to cultural differences

  • Ability to think proactively, identify problems and solutions, and exhibit a high level of self-initiative

  • Experience working in and configuring an issue management system (ex. Jira) is a plus
