The Role:

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for our evolving ServiceNow implementation, which will enhance Logitech’s employee experience and improve service delivery and business processes. The ideal candidate will customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules. You will be part of the Platform Services team, which is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure across the company and facilitates collaboration and process improvements through the development of internal and externally facing services.

  • Obtain, analyze and interpret business requirements to design sustainable solutions in ServiceNow

  • Perform development as part of a cross-functional team using enterprise wide ServiceNow technology to analyze and design IT Service Management digitalization based upon business and technical requirements

  • Collaboratively work with a project team to solve complex problems

  • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows

  • Support out of the box applications including CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, Problem, Change, Incident, Service Portal, and Service Catalog

  • Automate and streamline business processes using ServiceNow, along with other integrated tools and technologies

  • Provide relevant technical expertise to support the program and ongoing projects

  • Provide software coding and customization where necessary

  • Create or update documentation including technical diagrams and design documents in support of development efforts

  • Answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions

  • Contribute to the development of governance, methodologies, and procedures to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel of ServiceNow solutions

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to test new and updated applications

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies and technical strategy related to productivity and collaboration tools, and advise department management where improvements are necessary

  • Support program and project plans for application selection, systems development, processes, procedures, and production methods

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on scripting experience with ServiceNow

  • 1 year of ServiceNow ITSM implementation

  • Working knowledge and experience in enterprise software development methodologies

  • Track record and proven ability to produce effective, innovative solutions on an enterprise scale across diverse sets of stakeholders

  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow processes, approaches, methodologies, and development lifecycle

  • Strong experience in root cause analysis, resolving testing issues, and driving issues to closure

  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

  • Mentor other members of the Platform Services and Employee Experience teams to leverage our ServiceNow offerings and drive improvement for those team members as well as the colleagues with which they work.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Effectively manages multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail on each project

  • Adaptable to change and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with the ability to effectively interface with other team members and stakeholders

  • Service Portal development experience

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification

Education:

  • BS in Computer Science, systems analysis, or equivalent experience
