The Role:

Then we are looking for you to be part of our Emerging Markets Customer Supply Chain team. The role as Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Analyst is responsible to actively manage the end to end supply chain operations for our customers in emerging markets in the Latin America region.

You will be accountable to ensure the right products are supplied into markets at the right time, drive operational efficiencies and participate in continuous process improvement activities that drive best in class supply chain metrics, cost, service, inventory, and cycle time. By leveraging on data analytics and market knowledge, you will support and optimize revenue growth for assigned customers/ countries.

  • Order planning and collaboration

This requires you to work closely with customers to devise an order proposal aligned to business targets and supply lead times. It includes but not limited to establishing an understanding with customers on order frequency, economic order quantity, and shipping lead time.

  • Order Management
    This requires you to actively manage customers’ orders. It involves activities such as responding to customer inquiries, order scheduling, order cancellation, and ensuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to SOX and company policies.

  • Monitor and manage the End-to-End cycle time
    Prepare and publish reports to internal and external customers and be responsible in meeting the agreed cycle time with customers. In the event that the KPI is not met, you are required to actively work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve the issues.

  • Primary supply chain liaison
    Being the single contact point to customers, you are responsible to attend to their enquiries/escalations, follow through internally/externally up to the closure of all enquiries/escalations on a timely basis.

Customer Supply Chain Analyst

  • Actively manage the supply chain of Phase-In and Phase-Out products
    Ensure new products meet their target On-Shelf-Availability date (OSD) and mitigate the risks of excess inventory of End-of-Life (EOL) products.

  • Operation Process Improvements
    Drive scalable process change and automation to improve end-to-end supply chain efficiencies and to meet key supply chain metrics in terms of cost, service, inventory, and cycle time.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimumskills and behaviours to our team:

  • 6 years’ experience in supply chain management preferable consumer electronics

  • Good analytical skills;

  • Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English;

  • Strong in Excel and/or Tableau skills;

  • Customer, market, channel knowledge and experience preferred;

  • Demonstrate decision-making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information;

  • Reaction time to multi-task and prioritize work with keeping outstanding attention to

    detail;

  • Analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution development and

    implementation;

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree

    of initiative;

  • Social perceptiveness and communication skills both verbally and in writing;

  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally to team;and

  • Influencing and collaborative skills across various levels in the Organization.

In addition,preferableskills and behaviours include:

  • Excellent service mindset;

  • Good communications skills and ability to exercise good judgment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar discipline;
  • Master's Degree will be a plus;
  • APICs certification and/or supply chain education preferred
  • Other continuing education initiatives highly desirable (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, industry specific coursework)
