The Role:
The Country Manager functions as the leader and face of the company in Taiwan market, and the voice of the country in internal AP leadership meetings. Successful person will lead a team of Account Managers and Field Marketing to work towards the short, mid and long term goals of the company in Taiwan. Taiwan is a successful market for Logitech in PC time, where Logitech has a good market share on core categories, and now is expected to continue the success on building new categories. The Country Manager will work in a collaborative environment and must be able to influence and lead others with strategic thinking, sound judgment and the ability to identify and articulate solutions and issues. This leader will report directly to the VP, Cluster Head of Greater China.

• Be the Leader for Taiwan business and will play an active part in the AP Leadership Team.
• Identify the key business opportunity base on market data analysis/ insights, and develop the strategy for both short  and long term business growth in Taiwan.
• Develop Taiwan annual Ops plan with revenue target, investment plan, people development, and coordinate with AP leadership for alignment.
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Ops targets for revenue and margin dollars consistently and in a healthy linear (weekly business) fashion.
• Be the face of Logitech for all channel partners, vendors, agencies and media in Taiwan.
• Manage a team of Account Managers and Field Sales Reps to fully realize the business potential of each and very large individual account.
• Develop and adjust channel strategies to catch up with the channel opportunity in a high dynamic market situation, especially in new channels like Online, APR, Music, Telecom, SME.
• Manage Marcom and work with regional/cluster marketing to build Logitech brand and establish best in class presence with programs with good ROI.
• Understand and analyze market data to take actions quickly, and ensure constant improvements in our leading market shares.
• Work with AP Region and Clusters to build new categories successfully in Taiwan, including PC gaming, Music, Sports, and VC.
• Lead the team development in Taiwan market, build a strong, passionate and energetic team to support the sustainable long term business growth in Taiwan

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Minimum 10-12 years prior work experience preferably in Tech or FMCG industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience being the country leader or the second line to country leadership in your current company.
• MBA preferred, Bachelor's degree mandatory in Business Management or Engineering.
• 8-10 years experience of managing large distributors and channel partners in Taiwan
• Fluent Chinese and English speaking and writing skills
• Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency who seeks out timely and creative solutions
• Functions well as a member of a cross functional goal oriented team
• Intellectually curious and enjoys life-long learning.
• Passionate user of Logitech products
