The Role:

The Launch Project Manager is responsible for Project Management for New Product SKU Readiness, which involves Package Development, Artwork Development, Compliance Readiness and Accessory Development as well as post MP sustaining activities.

  • Develop Product SKU Readiness plan and create SKU BOM based on the regional launch plan, package, development, compliance readiness and accessories development.

  • Schedule and track product package development activities to product launch, including structure/ graphic development, SKU localization, compliance marking.

  • Work with internal compliance team and track regional compliance readiness

  • Track and ensure project schedule, deliverable, quality and cost meet with project plan. 

  • Cowork with cross-functional team including Product Manager, Design team, Compliance, Ops, Supplier, Qualification to develop & launch individual product SKU into production. 

  • Identify project risks, mitigation plans, and tracking the changes until product launch.

  • Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) and Manufacturing Changes with Logitech Ops teams.

        

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 1 years Project Management experience in high volume consumer products including mobile device, camera

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrated in a globally distributed environment

  • Excellent people management and communication skills in a globally distributed environment

  • Able to lead, guide and influence cross functional teams towards business objectives 

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Proficient in use of Agile PLM or equivalent change management software tools

  • Knowledge of product packaging development including structure design, localization, and product compliance

  • Ability to develop a comprehensive project development timeline by using proper tools: Google / MS Office, Cloud Based Apps.

  • Good understanding of Bills of Material/ Bills of Documents, as well as skills of Change management. 

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Fluent English is a must.

Education:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration
