In TA we are an open, friendly and collaborative team of eight, partnering between regions and other teams in People & Culture  to design a recruiting experience that brings great talent into Logitech while we share our culture and values with potential employees. In all of our efforts we seek to design solutions that are both global and inclusive, while integrating with other initiatives.  We are a results oriented team.

The Head of Talent Acquisition, Americas is the key point of contact for talent planning activities and recruitment for many business groups and functions. The Head of Talent Acquisition for The Americas will report into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and  partner closely with global Talent Acquisition colleagues to establish best-in-class recruitment practices, innovative employer branding, and an unforgettable candidate experience.

Be responsible for aligning our processes, systems, and recruitment strategies with your global counterparts while we continue to bring great talent into Logitech.  You are on-point with AMR business leaders and will use your experience to coach and consult them on our talent acquisition strategies.

  • Oversee end to end recruitment of talent at all levels / types for Logitech and our various brands with a TA team of 8+ people.

  • Exhibit a strong client focus with a proven track record of establishing credibility and influencing by way of business acumen and metrics.

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and creatively address needs to problems.

  • Refine our recruitment behaviors, organization and metrics for the TA team to ensure consistency for our internal clients and establish measurable protocol for TA team performance and critical insights for leaders across Logitech.

  • Educate and manage change to ensure TA team members, P&C colleagues and hiring teams embrace processes and best practices for recruitment.

  • Lead the referral program including process, promotions and metrics for your region.

  • Partner with various business groups and sites to build University Relations and internship programs that address local and group-specific needs.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Fluent in multiple languages, most preferably English plus French, Mandarin, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.

  • Ability and willingness to travel (within reason and with timing that works for your personal situation.)

  • Previous work with companies/organizations in stages of high-growth and/or organizational transformation.

  • International and/or cross-cultural experience.
