Position at Logitech

The Role:
Defines strategies and implements action plans for growth of Logitech B2B business with assigned channel partners in Singapore. Responsible for their quarterly business performance. Proactively monitors, supports & develops assigned channel partners in growing their Logitech B2B business. Plans and executes quarterly Logitech business plan with assigned channel partners. Monitors weekly business intelligence through distributor inventory reports. Acts as Logitech's first point of contact for assigned channel partners. Works with Marketing, Cluster Portfolio Management, Channel Program Administration and other SEA functions to achieve Logitech's B2B business objectives with assigned channel partners.

• Expand local market by strategically positioning Logitech products for the B2B, Enterprise and Government sales channel
• Front commercial and education opportunities, positioning Logitech as the to go peripheral provider to maximize productivity
• Align with marketing priorities, to plan, execute & implement channel & sales strategies to meet pre-defined Ops Targets
• Bring onboard and Maintain relationship with partners

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Proven track record in successfully deliver sales growth and channel expansion that drive significant market share and sales result
• Experienced in working with large product portfolio, need to know how to align with company vision and leverage and share best practices across other regions
• Ability to identify opportunities within portfolio, and develop in house sales & opportunities plan for channel presentation
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate product features into business needs to customer
• Proven experience in managing multiple channels, and demonstrable success in developing a growing weekly pipeline which leads to deal closure

• Strong knowledge of Commercial, System Integrator, Education channels
• Good knowledge of Apple's education ecosystem, and related channels
• Well verse in Salesforce.com
