Supply Chain Sr. Business Analyst - ITC
We are hiring a highly experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Sr. Business Analyst (10+ years experience) to join our team. To be successful in this role, you must have very strong functional skillsets in Oracle eBiz R12 Supply Chain modules (OM, Inv, PO, MFG, Planning , iStore, iProcurement and iSupplier).
As a member of the Global Enterprise IT team, you will partner with the Global Supply Chain organisation to solve fascinating business problems and to re-engineer supply chain processes. As a member of this Global Enterprise IT team, you will work with the best in the business, across a diverse team, solving interesting and challenging business problems with IT system solutions.

Design and Implement system solutions in collaboration with Supply Chain Business Partners
Work with Business leads and Subject Matter Experts , provide guidance on how technology solutions could solve business problems and enable new business functionality
Creation of key documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications and testing documents will be required
Provide end to end Solution design with Standard Oracle configurations and customized solutions
Analyze business process and identify opportunities for efficiencies and come up with improvements
Participate with Business users in Business Process Re-Engineering to build robust and scalable ERP systems.
You need to collaborate with cross functional IT teams like Finance, Integration and Data Analytics team to provide end to end Business solutions
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
It is essential to have experience in at least in 3 to 4 full scale project implementations of Oracle ERP in Supply Chain Domain
Must have worked on Oracle EBS R12.x version of ERP Applications
Should have at least 10 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Applications as an Analyst or Consultant
Should have very good functional knowledge in OM, Inv, PO, Planning, iProcurement and iSupplier modules
Should have experience working in Global set-up and worked with teams across different geographies
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required
Ability to work both independently and as a team player and enjoy working in an environment that requires continuous learning
Worked on Integrations with 3rd Party Vendors for Warehouse and Freight Partners
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Understanding of Finance modules is an added advantage
Technical Experience is a value add (SQL/Interfaces/Conversion etc)
Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.
Able to set priorities on a continuous basis
Ability to take ownership and drive to re-engineer Business Processes
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties
Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences or Supply chain or Computer Science
Oracle EBS Certifications
PMP Certification is an added advantage
