Logitech has acquired the ASTRO Gaming brand in August 2017.
The ASTRO Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the follow up of all ongoing projects/tasks that allow for Sales and Marketing to happen for the ASTRO brand in the EMEA region.
Reporting to the ASTRO Sales & Marketing Manager, they will together tackle all needs for the ASTRO brand and collaborate with the appropriate people from the other Logitech teams (Finance, Pricing, Retail, Events, Graphics, Social Media, PR, Supply/demand, E-com, …).

Work cross-functionally with local country teams for the development, coordination and execution of sales and marketing strategies pertaining to the ASTRO Gaming brand.
Assess project timelines, risks, completion milestones, and resource requirements to successfully implement the strategic guidance from the brand.
Assist EMEA Brand team in completing a variety of open sales and marketing related projects and/or tasks in designated cluster of assignment.
Coordinate, organize, and assist in execution of physical brand building activities authentic to the gaming community such as trade shows, events, and partner activities that require on-site support and staffing.
Maintain a project dashboard to communicate status of department projects while working with relevant internal teams through completion adhering to ASTRO brand compliance.
Ensure that project schedules are met, while monitoring and tracking the progress and performance against plan and report financial summaries to appropriate budget owners and parties, ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time, and within budget.
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with other key gaming industry contacts in relation to growing partnership opportunities.
Provide feedback and input to improve or add effencencies to existing processes.
Be a self-starter and independently manage projects and processes.
Collaborate with Digital & Social Coordinator to integrate professional gamers and organizations into Astro programs across NWE.
Work with the local teams on partnerships with major gaming titles that are designed to be a 3-way win-win collaboration to drive attach and maximize sell out with retailer/e-tailers.
Work with the digital and social coordinator to manage the Astro gaming community across the cluster being the key contact for PR & Social Media for Astro.
Business analysis to highlight trends, portfolio gaps and opportunities, competition, DCS/SI/SO, and market share.
Collaborate with dedicated contractor to stay up to date on key influencer strategies and affiliate programs.
Deliver strong quarterly updates that align with not only the Astro strategy, but also the cross category gaming focused strategies for the quarterly planning meetings (Q+).
Additional support tasks:
Pricing: Work with pricing team and local sales teams on verification of special pricing requests.
Finance: Keep track of marketing budget vs spends.
PR: Align and inform the PR Agencies of relevant Product Launches, events, tournaments, or trade shows that would require Press or Media interaction and/or notice.
Retail Marketing: Be the gate for all graphic requests and keep track of POS materials.
Supply/demand: Assist in regular revisions on product forecasts vs actuals.
Social media /E-commerce: Point of contact for any queries from these teams in order to optimize ASTRO Gaming visibility in EMEA.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment.
Fluent in English, written and spoken, additional languages will be a plus.
An enthusiastic, can-do attitude, a problem solver, able to work autonomously and as a team-player.
Quick to learn, enjoy a fast paced, changing environment in an informal culture.
Able to bring structure and creative solutions to a dynamic work environment while maintaining sense of urgency and quality around deliverables.
Must be highly detail-oriented and organized and be able to multitask.
Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Excel required.
4 Year College Degree, BA or BS from accredited university/college
