Logitech for business group is seeking a passionate QA Engineer in Software QA organization to help deliver high-quality video conferencing product/experiences  to our customers.

• You will join a talented team of manual and automation engineers, working closely with them to ensure the software quality of video conferencing products on a daily basis. 

• Your responsibilities will include test strategy creation, test planning, test development, test execution, and test reporting for the products/features you are responsible for.

• If you have a strong background in test automation, you will be part of the automation team responsible for 24/7 test development.

Qualification

• 6+ years of experience in software QA/testing or test automation with a background in computer science or engineering

• Passion for delivering best-in-class video conferencing products/experiences to business customers

• Understanding of basic audio/visual and video processing technologies and standards

• Hands-on experience in software quality assurance for products powered by Android, Linux, or Windows

• Experience with Android BSP, using ADB, Audio Video Bridging, and REST APIs is a major plus

• Deep understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies, including but not limited to functional, performance, compatibility, and stress testing

• Experience with software/product lifecycle management tools for quality assurance (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla)

• Fluency in developing test strategies, test cases, and test setups according to product specifications, key selling points, and software/service offerings

• Proficiency in English and competence in analyzing test results and data points, as well as writing test reports for weekly cycles or subject-specific testing

• Knowledge of utilizing generative AI to increase productivity is a plus
