About the program: 

We have just launched a brand new Young Professionals Program here at Logitech. This program within our Global Commercial Organisation will allow you to grow your business and interpersonal skills, will provide access to career development opportunities within Logitech and will let you be a part of something bigger than just a job. 

Your Category Manager will expose you to real business situations and share industry knowledge, your Business Buddy will coach you through successes & challenges and our People & Culture team will provide continuous feedback to help you take the maximum from this experience. 

In this role that is at the crossroads of data, business strategy and marketing, you will be part of the Global Amazon team and work closely with your Category Managers and Business Partners to support key projects. 

You will help us turbocharge the growth of our Amazon channel by driving customer focused solutions that can be scaled across all Amazon regions, through multiple projects requiring both strategic thinking and tactical application..

About you: 

We are looking to hire talented individuals who just started  their third year of Bachelor studies this year, available to work part-time whilst continuing studies, full time during summer break and finish a 12-month assignment the following year.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the tech industry and with strong command of English.

Support the Category Manager on her ongoing mission including but not limited to the following:

  • Launch new products 

  • Deep dive analysis to one-pager post mortems

  • Competitive tracking (Market places, B brands, low end)

  • Analyze brand and country level performance leveraging various data platforms to identify opportunities for business growth

  • Data and KPI preparation for quarterly, annual and other key projects and meetings

  • Support new to Emerging markets as they onboard and launch with Amazon

  • Brand store creation, project management and localization

  • Support in presentation development for key meetings

Lead key strategic projects under the support of the Category Manager such as:

  • Develop ecosystem solution strategies with Gaming

  • Design and implement comprehensive attach strategies across the Streamers & Creators portfolio

  • Ensure best in class content worldwide through deployment and audits

Key Qualifications:

  • Third year of Bachelors program in a relevant field such as business management, data analytics or marketing with an emphasis on eCommerce

  • Analytical skills

  • Agile with Google suite 

  • Passion and knowledge on ecommerce, marketplace, and positively biased Amazon

  • Confident and proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach to the business to drive for results

  • Highly collaborative and excellent communication skills

  • Curious and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and accountability to see things through to the finish line

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with confidence 

  • Fluent English and at ease in multicultural and multifunctional environments
