The Role:
The CSC Customer and Channel collaboration Supply Chain Analyst is a Supply Chain role that reports to the Supply Chain Manager - Customer Collaboration LATAM. In this newly created, critical role you will be the SPOC for our Commercial Sales Organisation in LATAM/Brazil on behalf of Supply Chain.
In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain process by engaging in joint business planning (JBP), scorecarding, and diligent tracking in collaboration with our internal partners. Your key focus areas will include Revenue Optimisation, Sales Operations, Execution planning, and the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving a collaborative process with our Region Commercial Organization and Strategic Partnerships, specifically targeting our Top Accounts. Your responsibilities will extend to actively managing customer expectations concerning in-stock availability, minimize channel imbalance, enable improved inventory levels, minimize out of stock risks, service quality, and promotional activities. By effectively communicating customer needs and requirements to our supply chain partners, you will play a crucial role in facilitating precise inventory planning and deployment, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our customer's expectations and our company's strategic goals.
This is a key role within our organization, and although there are no direct reports, you are expected to be able to lead, influence and inspire cross functionally, at multiple levels of the organization.

The Key Success Factor & Contribution:
Active partnerships with external stakeholders such as the outsourced logistics partners, and internal business partners like Commercial Sales and Marketing Organisation, Demand Planning, and Finance focusing on customer centricity.
Quick thinking in identifying revenue bottlenecks/challenges and seeks out opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
Tactically develop and support cost savings initiatives to drive continuous improvement of key supply chain metrics - cost, service, and inventory cycle time.
Responsible for working with key functions to implement supply chain practices and policies for customers.
Lead customer collaboration activities to strengthen the working relationship with key partners (internal, external).
Commit to meticulous order management by ensuring the accuracy of delivery dates, pricing, fulfillment, and execution.
Lead and drive compelling Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR)/Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) conversations.
Review supply (forecast and big events) and demand (customer orders) to proactively resolve gaps. This includes developing forward-looking insights to project upcoming orders based on sell-through (ST) data, channel inventory information, and market knowledge
Act as the primary local supply chain liaison and first escalation for supply chain, trade compliance, and order related issues.
Build and facilitate a collaborative environment where information is shared consistently and effectively with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
Accountable for stakeholder management and communication to the managers, directors and VP level.
Partner with sales organizations to report on and facilitate attainment of quarterly revenue objectives, managing and tracking country sell-in and sell-through forecasts to balance channel inventory.
Develop and actively publish reports on sales and operation performances such as in-stock, on-time in-full (OTIF), Fill Rate, OSA, order cycle time, order linearity, aging and excess inventory in DC, and channel inventory.
Must be able to fluidly address issues, drive root-cause analysis initiatives and deliver on agreed upon commitments.
Must be committed to continuous improvement as a philosophy and driver of actions.
Champion in supply chain projects, mainly focusing on optimizing supply chain performances.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
5-7 years' experience in supply chain/operations management in the e-tail/retail or distribution channels of the LATAM region.
Solid understanding and executions of End-to-End supply chain processes focusing on forecasting, order replenishment, and inventory management. Knowledge on logistics and trade compliance is necessary.
Strong analytical skills, encompassing data evaluation, presentation, identification of issues, development of solutions, and the ability to implement and execute these solutions effectively.
Proven experience in international business environments, with a preference for candidates who have collaborated with global or multi-country business partners within cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work while keeping outstanding attention to detail.
Knowledge of key e/retail service level metrics such as In-Stock, Fill Rate and Delivery Performance.
Advanced/Intermediate proficiency in Excel is necessary, and proficiency in Tableau would be a plus.
Computer proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint) suites.
Working knowledge of common ERP platforms (Oracle), preferred.
Fluency in the local language and in English, both spoken and written, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage/plus.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar discipline
