The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, compiling and delivering data, business reports, presentations and other documents to Investors, Servicing Leadership and Loanpal Executives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathering and extracting data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, other documents), analyzing the data and compiling for presentation to investors or other senior leaders.
- Prepare daily and monthly reporting for all investors and other stakeholders
- Collect and validate data for metrics reporting
- Provide necessary financial analysis of results as required
- Establish reporting procedures, recommending and implementing identified improvements
- Perform oversight tasks (document and transaction audits, monitoring, etc.) as needed to support servicing oversight strategy
Proven ability as a self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, strong decision-making skills and able to multi-task effectively
Strong Data Reporting Skills (highly proficient in spreadsheet skills, SQL and other tools to mine, aggregate and report data.)
Financial Analysis Skills
Ability to function productively in a fast paced changing environment
Ability to conceptualize and quickly understand new processes
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees across the organization, both verbally in small and large groups and written
