Position Summary:
The Loan Operations Manager supports sales with pipeline management and escalation management. They will also ensure that every opportunity for a loan to advance is explored. They will help restrucuture files as needed.  Works directly with sales and sales managers to ensure customer success ratio's and company program goals are achieved. Reports direct to VP of Sales.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review files prior to pipe for Red List Bankers

  • Manage Sales SOS report and loans to ensure timely responses to processing and improved days in process

  • Assist sales with in pipeline related escalations     

  • Review every loan after appraisal is in that is not a full solar payoff for potential restructure, OR after approval for non-appraisal files
  • Manage Manager review folder, ensure files are restructured and saved or turned down in timely manner

    Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Mortgage expert, understands guidelines and underwriting requirements
  • Highest level mortgage restructure artist

  • Highly organized

  • Quick learner

  • Self-managed to assigned tasks
