Position Summary

The Loan Staging Coordinator supports the loan process by doing an initial scrub and ordering all required order outs. They will follow up on outstanding borrower stips and ensure that the file is ready to submit into processing.    
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reviews loan application and determines what is needed to progress the loan file.

  • Communicate with all parties regarding the status of the loan application until file is submitted into loan processing.

  • Request and complete all necessary forms. 

  • Update and clear any issues resulting from any order outs

  • Coordinate with management and team members on file status and loan priority
  • Ensure each file goes through the same processes and submission and compliance guidelines, including re-disclosure
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Expert customer service skills; proactive communication to customers and partners

  • High degree of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively with others
