Financial Solutions Manager

Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting National Joint Ventures customers by providing financial solutions that help improve their eligibility for mortgage products based on their credit profile. Using a well-established framework, the Financial Solutions Manager guides customers through strategies designed to enhance their credit profiles, ultimately enabling access to better rates, products, and/or pricing. As the subject matter expert (SME), the Financial Solutions Manager serves as a trusted resource for Financial Solutions Coordinators, offering expertise to resolve complex inquiries and ensuring the successful execution of credit improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance and support to Financial Solutions Coordinators to help them achieve success and address complex questions related to financial solutions.
- Defines, implements, reviews, updates, monitors, and manages all KPI’s to ensure they align with the overall National Joint Venture strategy and annual objectives, are consistent, and promote a shared purpose across the National Joint Venture Channel and the enterprise.
- Oversees maintenance of complete and accurate account records by monitoring and tracking response times, repair times, and customer satisfaction rates.
- Provides excellent customer experience for all clients and provides solutions for accomplishing their homeownership dreams through improved stability financially.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to all Joint Ventures.
- Conduct new hire presentations about the Financial Solutions programs.
- Maintains compliance with various regulations associated with financial solutions.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) + years’ experience working in mortgage lending as a Financial Solutions expert or credit analysis job function.
- Experience with complex mortgage tools, systems, and software required.
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
