Position Summary: 

Responsible for conducting day to day operations in assigned area of focus in the loan servicing cycle related to foreclosure administration. Works with vendors to complete foreclosure process, while ensuring compliance with regulatory entities, statutory requirements, investor and insurance guidelines, and vendor adherence to contractual terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and resolves foreclosure matters with vendors to complete foreclosure timely.
  • Administers foreclosure notification process.
  • Researches and responds to investor and regulatory audit requests.
  • Conducts oversight of Outsource Asset Management vendors by using effective measurement of metrics.
  • Maintains communication with all business units, most notably: Loss Mitigation, Default Services, General Counsel, attorneys and vendors.
  • Monitors changes in statutory, regulatory, investor and insurer guidelines and requirements.
  • Provides timely recognition and review of items that must be escalated to legal and proper departments; researches and resolves global and loan level issues.
  • Monitors monthly, weekly and daily exception reports to ensure accuracy of production.
  • Strives to achieve the highest net recovery possible by minimizing the expense of management, insuring effective timeline management.
  • Responds to vendor intercoms.

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in loan administration and mortgage servicing within Foreclosure departments required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience and shown proficiency in Black Knight Financial Services (MSP/BKFS) and LoanSphere systems highly preferred.
  • Expert knowledge working within Federal and State regulations related to mortgage servicing and investor guidelines including FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, VA, FHA and USDA.
  • Proficient knowledge of servicing practices and cash processing, including payments and corporate advances.
  • Tech savvy utilizing Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent research skills to ensure proper interpretation and understanding of statutes and guidelines.
  • High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $21.15 and $29.09/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
