Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for proving excellent customer service and representing loanDepot by maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards visitors, clients, and employees. Answers inquiries and obtains information for the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors, job candidates, and borrowers and connects them to the appropriate person on-site.
- Answers the company 800 phone calls and directs them to the appropriate person or department
- Receives, logs, sorts and delivers all FedEx, UPS and Post Office packages and mail as soon as they arrive.
- Orders routine consumable supplies for all the break and stock rooms.
- Assists with events by scheduling conference rooms, setting up and cleaning before and after each event.
- Maintains all conference rooms, visitor offices and cubes by making sure they are clean, straightened out and stocked with all the basic equipment and supplies so they are ready for use.
- Acts as the on-site liaison for all vendors arriving and leaving for minor services such as: shredding, plants maintenance, coffee and copier machines maintenance and any others checking in and out with the receptionist. Informs the site leader of vendor arrival, performance and departure in case there is a need for the leader’s involvement, additional or changed scope, or receptionist back-up if needed to leave the lobby.
- Maintains records of employee parking permits and access cards.
- Assists with the creation of FedEx mailing labels as requested.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates knowledge of customer service best practices
- Personal computer operation skills, including; Microsoft Office applications of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge or at least a strong familiarity of mail services that includes receiving, logging, sorting and delivering mail from the standard carriers such as FedEx, UPS and the Post Office.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of one (1) + year experience working in a similar field.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $16.35 and $22.60/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
