Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to launch new mortgaging based products. You will be responsible for coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market, from ideation to scale. This involves generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, and bridging the gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the product roadmap for our growth initiatives that will enable us to grow our customer base
  • Develop, maintain and evangelize the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that solutions achieve desired outcomes
  • Use data and customer insights to deliver optimizations, improvements, and drive increased engagement
  • Be able to lead and influence in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Lean heavily to understand the customer funnel and implement strategies that reduce drop off and lead to higher conversion rates
  • Define OKRs and drive KPIS that measure success for next generation of loanDepot’s digital financial services.
  • Work closely together with high-performing engineering team to build quality products & services
  • Collaborate effectively with other groups to create solutions, including data science, design, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing
  • Lead technical story-writing and write stories yourself as needed to move quickly

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated experience taking a Mortgaging Product from ideation to launch in B2C
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal, especially with engineering and other PM
  • Successful experience leading experimentation and funnel optimization
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on deadlines
  • Self-started who thinks strategically and execute methodically
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence team members across the company
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $160,000 and $194,000/year. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
