Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and analytical support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations, data analysis, performance tracking, and clear communication across the team. This role will focus on reporting, sales process optimization, and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights on KPIs and performance.
- Assist in creating weekly PowerPoint presentations for team huddles and meetings.
- Track team performance metrics and report to SVP on manager progress.
- Coordinate and track sales contests, share communications, and recognize winners.
- Manage internal team communications, in partnership with the SVP.
- Ensures all LO profiles are updated accurately in Workday, Active Directory, Outlook etc.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires—partnering with technology as needed.
- Handles administrative tasks such as job changes, manager changes, and compensation changes on behalf of the sales leaders.
- Serve as a key partner to internal teams such as HR, Marketing, Licensing, Training, and Technology to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across departments.
- Manages and supports key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and action items are tracked and followed up on.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar field of a sales support role supporting senior level leaders.
- Expert in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
