Senior Learning & Organizational Development Specialist

Position Summary:
The Senior Learning & Organizational Development (OD) Specialist partners closely with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders to identify trends, diagnose capability gaps, and advance team and enterprise-wide development needs. This role designs and delivers innovative, scalable L&OD solutions that strengthen capability, enhance team effectiveness, and drive organizational performance. The Senior Specialist supports the development, facilitation, and evaluation of programs across key areas including Leadership Development, Career Development, Team Effectiveness, Onboarding, Succession Planning and Performance Management. This position serves as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, ensuring development initiatives align with organizational priorities and create measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end learning and development solutions aligned with organizational goals by translating business and performance challenges into targeted, scalable learning interventions.
- Develop high-quality learning content and resources, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory across multiple modalities, including in-person, virtual, and digital experiences.
- Create frameworks, toolkits, and leader enablement resources that simplify complex concepts and support effective decision-making, accountability, and performance.
- Lead medium to large-scale L&OD initiatives and projects, overseeing needs assessment, scoping, planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and L&OD leadership to co-create, pilot, evaluate, and continuously improve learning programs and experiences.
- Measure and analyze learning effectiveness, using data and learner insights to assess reach, engagement, and behavioral impact, and to drive ongoing program optimization.
- Stay current on learning and development trends, tools, and best practices, integrating innovative approaches to strengthen the organization’s learning culture and capability.
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as needed to advance learning and organizational development priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) + years of proven experience in designing and delivering development programs within a large corporate environment.
- Proficient in using instructional design and editing tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop.
- This is a hybrid role based in Plano, TX.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $86,000 and $119,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
