Facilities Coordinator
Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Administrative Services and Facilities department by processing daily tasks that include basic types of mail, stock and facilities items, supplies and services for large or high-volume populated offices. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Receives, logs, sorts and delivers various types of mail to all departments and executives on a daily basis.
- Receives, stores, distributes, rotates and removes all trash of common and stocked items.
- Maintains inventory and submits weekly orders of supplies needing replenishment.
- Administers FedEx users by adding, deleting and auditing all users as needed.
- Reports and provides basic Facilities needs seen while performing mail and/or stock tasks or as requested.
- Performs receptionist duties including greeting and directing visitors, notifying appropriate personnel of visitor arrival, and answering and transferring phone calls.
- Provides related Admin or Facilities support for needs of building or department as assigned.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of one (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field.
- Must be able to work onsite in our Southfield, MI office.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $19/hr and $20/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
