Position Summary:

Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing domestic wire transfers through applicable bank systems daily in accordance with all wire transfer deadlines. Researches exceptions and issues and processes and clears them. This position ensures the performance of all duties are in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, where the company does business.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing domestic settlement wires through applicable bank systems daily in accordance with all wire transfer deadlines.
  • Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Researches and resolves inquiries and exceptions as needed.
  • Provides support and addresses internal and external customer inquiries/issues related to wire transfers.
  • Reconciles and tracks all wire activity.
  • Functions effectively within a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance and improve controls within Treasury
  • Provides support and analysis to treasury projects through planning, reporting, and testing.
  • Partners with management to develop efficient and effective corrective action plans and influence improvements of the system of internal controls.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

 Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred and a minimum of five (5) + years of related work experience.
  • Experience in the Mortgage industry, Banking background preferred.
  • Experience with advanced Excel, Alteryx, or SQL is required.
  • This is a hybrid position based in Irvine, CA or Plano, TX - requiring two days per week.

Base salary is one piece of our total rewards package and is structured within a range so you can progress as you grow in the role.  For this position, the anticipated annual base salary range is $25.96 to $35.82 nationally. In certain high-cost geographic markets (CA), the anticipated annual base salary range is $29.81 to $41.11.  Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and the work location tied to our geographic pay structure.
