Position Summary:

The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from first click to retention and renewal initiatives, with a focus on instilling loyalty within our ever-growing customer base. Our ideal candidate will have no problem rolling up their sleeves and working directly with customers to understand the wants and needs of the market, while ensuring that relevant programs are being created for all stages of the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Deliver to all goals and KPI's and leading efforts from strategic planning, launch, and optimizations.
  • Defines the end-to-end journey and lifecycle marketing strategy for actively engaged audience, developing new ways to grow the funnel and drive application starts.
  • Build out programs from the ground up, from goal setting to infrastructure & process development, to fostering cross-functional relationships.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Product teams and key business stakeholders on marketing plans and KPIs.
  • Redefines evergreen user journey for high propensity audience, doubling the conversion rate.
  • Develops and designs custom communication plan for cross-selling lending products to existing member base.
  • Supports continuous optimization and improved KPIs through detailed campaign reporting and evergreen analysis.
  • Partner with product teams to develop performance-driven growth efforts.
  • Partner with regional teams to build marketing content for regional growth.
  • Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
  • Partner with product team to develop and improve our internal campaign management platform.

Requirements:

  • Lifecycle marketing campaigns (email and other channels) for HELOCs and subsequently for our entire suite of digital products.
  • Extensive experience with Lead nurturing and demand generation.
  • Experience working closely with our brand marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to optimize customer adoption and deepen relationships.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in customer marketing.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.
