Position Summary:  
The SVP, Performance Marketing, leads the development and execution of performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Focuses on achieving measurable, scalable results with strong ROI and KPI performance, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Leads the development of comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of performance marketing initiatives into the broader marketing and business plans.
  • Utilizes data analysis, market insights, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Implements testing and optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Manages and allocates marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Reviews campaign performance data, interprets results, and draws actionable insights, constantly fine tuning the strategy for maximum outcome while making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Ensures that performance marketing efforts align with the brand strategy, maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels. 
  • Develop and execute lead buying strategies to acquire high-quality leads from various lead providers and platforms while analyzing lead data and performance to optimize lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Builds and leads a high-performing performance marketing team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthens relationships with existing partner pool and harvests new resources to broaden acquisition opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Ten (10) + years’ experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within a fast-paced and data-driven environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $200,000.00 and $275,000.00. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
