Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing assigned area(s) of focus in the loan servicing cycle and performing performance reviews, audits, customer administration, and quality control reviews, related to the residential mortgage loan portfolio. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Handles day-to-day communication with all servicing and internal business partners, regarding performance across the portfolio, ensuring prompt responses and tracking to resolution, which may include remediation activities and root cause analysis.
- Administers quality control reviews for an assigned portfolio of loans according to the documented process for loss mitigation underwriting, ensuring that all evaluations are in accordance with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, or any other applicable guidelines.
- Summarizes data into a concise report based on an independent review of an assigned population of loans.
- Assists management with the administration of change management and issues management testing.
- Administers servicing testing process, including all investor/agency reviews associated with the Monthly Performance Assessment.
- Prepares reports to share with servicing partners to review performance trends regarding delinquency, current issues and opportunities for servicing improvement and escalated matters.
- Assists with preparation of Monthly Performance Assessment for management.
- Participates in customer and client monitoring programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
- Improves customer service quality and aims to keep it at a consistently high level.
- Performs call and transaction monitoring as well as quality reviews and tracks, monitors, and analyzes workflows, patterns, and service levels.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent required and a minimum of six (6) + years’ experience mortgage or loan servicing experience.
- Experience working in MSP required.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good research skills to ensure proper interpretation and understanding of statutes and guidelines.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $23.56 and $41.11/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
