Position Summary:
Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., search, social, display, and programmatic). This role involves managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and driving ROI for marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid advertising, excellent analytical skills, and a creative approach to campaign development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals and ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Fully manage paid media campaigns from inception to completion, including keyword/audience research, ad creation, and optimization.
- Align campaigns with client goals to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managed campaigns with six-figure monthly budgets or higher, optimizing for KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and overall ROI.
- Deep understanding of attribution models and multi-touch conversion paths to maximize campaign impact.
- Experience scaling campaigns through rigorous A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
- Platform Management:
- Audit media platforms to evaluate current performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and platform updates to drive innovation.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to refine overarching digital strategies.
- Testing and Optimization:
- Lead A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign results.
- Drive continuous improvements in conversion rates and ROI.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Analytics, and Operations, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Work with senior leadership to develop financial performance reports and strategic presentations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Manage and implement tracking tags, ensuring accurate spend tracking and campaign reconciliation.
- Leverage tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, and third-party tracking platforms to streamline operations.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in Paid Media Management a similar field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including search and social.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution to achieve client or organizational goals.
- Experience managing multi-channel budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing preferred
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
- Expert level Technical Skills
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Tag Management: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimizing landing pages and funnels.
- Tracking Implementation: Setting up pixels, UTM parameters, and other tracking methods.
- Strong Proficiency in Analytical and Reporting Tools:
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling to analyze campaign performance.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for building comprehensive dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), with experience in setting up conversion tracking, interpreting user behavior, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Expert-Level Knowledge of Major Advertising Platforms:
- In-depth expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube, including advanced features like Smart Bidding, Performance Max campaigns, and video ad optimization.
- Proficient with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and creative optimization for engagement and conversions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn for B2B campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail ads, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads, leveraging platform-specific trends and ad formats to target younger demographics effectively.
- Knowledge of DSPs and real-time bidding strategies.
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads and other e-commerce-focused platforms.
- Ability to evaluate platform updates and integrate new features into campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills:
- Ability to articulate campaign strategies, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and non-technical teams.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with creative, analytics, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Ability to work with daily autonomy, with vision and direction from Sales Marketing leader.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $79,000 and $121,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
