Senior IT Vendor Relationship Analyst

Position Summary:
The Senior IT Vendor Relationship Analyst/ IT Category Manager will be responsible for leading vendor management activities in alignment with business goals and industry best practices. This role will involve supplier management, contract negotiations, and supporting the broader strategic initiatives across the IT department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing source-to-contract processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and contributing to supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic planning with Business Unit leaders, quarterly reviews, forecasting, spend management, and vendor changes.
- Responsible for managing vendor management activities in alignment with business goals and industry best practices
- This role will involve supplier management, contract negotiations, and supporting broader IT organization strategies
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing source-to-contract processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and contributing to supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives
- Procurement Processes:
- Execute source-to-contract procurement processes aligned with business goals and category strategies
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and supplier diversity/sustainability requirements
- Supplier Management:
- Develop and manage procurement strategies and initiatives for stakeholders
- Foster collaborative supplier relationships and manage supplier interactions, including negotiations and workshops
- Risk Management:
- Adhere to risk mitigation plans and provide tactical input on supplier performance
- Identify procurement risks and ensure operational resilience
- Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, legal, marketing, engineering, and sales
- Coordinate diverse team dynamics and support internal partners in achieving project goals
- Project Support:
- Assist in sourcing components, presenting options to internal partners, and managing supplier selection
- Support new launches and ensure supplier compliance and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of six (6) + years’ experience working in a similar field.
- Experience with Third Party risk lifecycle processes including procurement, due diligence, onboarding Contract Reviews.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and teamwork skills.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage complex long-term projects and develop effective supplier relationships.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
- Risk Management experience preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is $115,000-$125,000 per year and will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
