At LMH Health, we are committed to being a partner for lifelong health to the community. We are looking for High-energy, detail-orientated Adoption Coaches to join our team. This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of education to ensure providers and clinical staff adoption of systems.  These include coordinating with providers and clinical staff to understand their specific solution build and workflows, evaluating data using available tools and observation, and provide support to meet individual provider and clinical staff needs.

  • Provide end-user one-on-one support at all locations to perform high-level solution tasks and promote best practices and improve end-user experience with solutions
  • Identify and surface process, workflow and technical questions to appropriate team members or content owners
  • Facilitate bi-directional feedback between the project teams and end users to improve efficiency of communication and issue resolution
  • Provide feedback to appropriate stakeholders on system adoption and utilization
  • Execute system adoption and/or optimization plan utilization data through Cerner Advance and targeted outcomes
  • Assess current state workflows and provide recommendations that align with solution best practices
  • Analyze user experience data and identify actionable insights
  • Influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change
  • Model best practices for creating client system adoption plans



  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Related Field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field


  • RN Preferred
  • 3 Years Clinical Experience
  • Prior Educational / Training Experience
  • Prior Cerner Experience
