LMH Health is looking for a mission driven, highly skilled communicator and problem solver to join the Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter. Our recruiters provide operational support for the recruitment and employee experience by working as an expert navigator to our candidates and a trusted advisor to our hiring leaders. This position provides full life cycle recruiting to include, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring, with a focus on ensuring we provide the best experience for our candidates and new hire. Our recruiters also consistently ensure compliance with HR policies and all applicable state and federal laws and support HR team events and activities.
This is a hybrid role. Candidate must live in KS or MO and have ability to be on site in Lawrence, KS up to 3 times a week.

Responsibilities
- Provides full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer procedures, new employee onboarding and new hire support.
- Identifies needs of hiring managers to best support recruitment efforts in assigned departments.
- Assists with the development of job postings and marketing/ employment brand strategies.
- Oversees and conducts primary source verification of staff licenses, certifications and registrations. Performs audits and file reviews as necessary.
- Schedules and attends recruitment events hosted by LMH, in the community and at local universities
- Tracks and assists in the management of ROI for recruitment events and materials
- Processes employee information and status updates, maintains employee information within the HR databases to ensure data integrity.
- As needed, provides backup for front desk coverage of breaks, meetings, or schedule requirements.
- Provides support with answering employee questions, assisting with the online applications, answering phone calls, printing ID badges and working on special projects.
- Evaluates and analyzes data and information from HR reports and benchmarking data
- Supports and maintains documentation for necessary contracted professional services.
- Assists with employee retention programs and employee relations issues when necessary.
- Performs other responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of recruiter experience; in healthcare a plus
- Talent sourcing experience
- Exemplary skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
