In this position, you will be developing software solutions using Java, who enjoys technical challenges within a fast-paced environment, applies sound judgment in successful task planning and execution, meets deadlines and communicates highest standards of professionalism in appearance and work habits.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Develop cloud-based contact center web & front-end services that are reliable, scalable and responsive to the changing needs of our clients
  • Drive each phase of the project across the software development lifecycle, from conception and requirements interpretation, through design, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support
  • Help us develop technologies and methodologies to streamline and externalize application and software development


Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years´ experience with advanced Java or another strongly typed language with a good understanding of J2EE application architecture
  • Experience building and debugging complex systems and expertise building complex layouts
  • Server-side experience developing web applications with Java using Apache and MySQL
  • Strong experience in UI design with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON using web application frameworks
  • Algorithmic and database expertise
  • Experience working with JDBC or JUnit
  • Experience with WebSockets, Local Storage & ES6, WebRTC
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
