As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will have significant responsibility, and influence, in supporting our sales GTM strategies across segments. The Revenue Operations Specialist will act as a key business partner to Sales driving operational areas of focus in support of our global strategies including: Sales processes, systems, and analytics required to run the business at scale.

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be a member of growing Revenue Operations function and will act as a conduit to shape the future of our operational capabilities in collaboration with Sales Leadership and functional peers.

A Day in the Life

The Revenue Operations Specialist will have the primary responsibility of delivering operational execution, and support, of our GTM strategies across segments with a specific focus in the following areas:

  • Salesforce User Support: Identifies required changes within the SF platform improving the overall user experience. Directly manages adds, moves and changes locally within the SF platform including: Territory assignments, Opportunity ownership, Deal progression & closure, data field changes, user access, dashboards, business rules, etc.
  • Sales Tools: Provides user support across sales systems, including SF and 3rd party tools. In addition, provides direct input on future capabilities for consideration and development.
  • Sales Process: In partnership w Sales Leadership, and key stakeholders, identifies process improvement opportunities, documents, and owns the deployment of required changes as they are developed.
  • Sales Forecast Management: In collaboration with Sales Leadership, supports the end-to-end Forecast process including the submission, review, and ongoing analysis of the Sales Forecast.
  • Sales Reporting: Leverages Sales Dashboards to validate adherence to standard SLA’s and KPI’s with a focus on; Leads, Opportunities, and Pipeline. Working in partnership with Sales team members to act on required changes across the data to address gaps as required. As required, supports in Region ‘Ad-Hoc’ reporting needs ongoing.
  • GTM Administration: Collaborates w Revenue Operations leadership to support all aspects of GTM planning including: Sales coverage, Territory structures, Quota assignment, GTM planning, Segment Business Reviews and support the Company’s Fiscal Year transition.
  • Sales Project Champion: Reinforces the investments within Revenue Operations initiatives to drive Sellers understanding, awareness, and usage of newly offered capabilities or programs.

Role Progression

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Complete our onboarding process.
  • Meet the team and learn the nuts and bolts of our business, and the growth opportunity which lies ahead.
  • Familiarize yourself with our solutions, market opportunity and GTM strategies.
  • Establish a basic understanding of our Sales Tools and processes.
  • Begin collaboration with Sales Leadership.
  • Understand Litera’s business processes, including the role each function plays in supporting the Company’s growth objectives.

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Establish a strong foundational knowledge of our business across Segments.
  • Effectively manage the day to day operational responsibilities within your assigned area.
  • Identify opportunities across Sales to further scale our operational capabilities in support of our future growth.
  • Ensure best-practice use and consistency of operational capabilities across Sales.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Become the GTM expert of our business across Segments.
  • Lead the operational cadence within your assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Become a “Trusted Advisor” on all aspects of our GTM strategies across functions.

  • 3+ years relevant experience, with broad experience of:
    • GTM strategies
    • Salesforce and related SaaS based Sales Tools
    • Analytics & insights to measure performance and support key decisions
    • Operational capabilities to operate at scale
