The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Consultant for our M&A department, to contribute to the success of an exciting and fast-moving company.  We seek a candidate who will be supporting the integration team across all of the phases of an integration project.

A Day in the Life:

  • Analyze requirements and document business processes.
  • Design systems solutions.
  • Prepare test scripts and perform tests on system and maintain records of system defects.
  • Train staff on business processes and systems.
  • Prepare and monitor project plans, coordinating tasks with our different business units and departments.
  • Maintain and update documents for system and business processes.
  • Contribute to the delivery of data migration projects.

 Role progression:

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Complete onboarding process.
  • Familiarize yourself with the business and its functions.
  • Familiarize yourself with existing processes and systems.
  • Familiarize yourself with our M&A methodology.

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Support our project manager across all phases of an M&A project.
  • Analyze and document processes, gather requirements, identify gaps.
  • Prepare test scripts and perform tests.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Be adequately trained and functional to support the integration team.
  • Own and execute data migration tasks.
  • Prepare and monitor project plans.

About You:

  • 2-5 years experience in business analysis.
  • 2-5 years experience in Salesforce, including data models and migrations.
  • Experience in data migration projects.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively.
  • High attention to detail; works accurately, quickly and has good organizational skills.
  • Effective working on an international and cross functional team
  • A strong desire to keep learning new things.
