Required Responsibilities:

Writing Manual, Integration, Performance and Automation tests
Setting up Automation Test Framework
Implementing Automation tests into CI/CD pipeline
Testing current software and releases using manual and automation test procedures
Release products
Run and manage the release cycle
Identify, log and track issues in JIRA
Test and help investigate client bugs raised to support
Ensure all test documentation is up to date eg. Test cases
Manage QA/test environments for Devs and internals
Work with 3rd line on reproducing Client Support issues
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Suggest solutions to identify product problems
