Sales Operations Analyst

Role progression:

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Complete onboarding process
  • Familiarize yourself with the business and its functions.
  • Familiarize yourself with existing sales cycle, data sources, and process used within the revenue operations business unit.
  • Familiarize yourself with opportunity process flow in salesforce and NetSuite.


Within 3 months, you will:

  • Start owning the sales process monitoring, tracking, data input, and enablement for the specified business unit(s), and region(s)
  • Map the sales process reporting and documentation workflow.
  • Map gaps in existing sales process documentation, activities, planning, and reporting process
  • Create ad-hoc Sales reports, drive standardization in Sales Operational reporting

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Be adequately trained and functional to support the sales operations documentation, reporting, planning, and tracking process.
  • Build solutions in salesforce and NetSuite to drive performance of the sales team.
  • Understand the complete portfolio of reports used to run the Sales function.


About You:

  • 2-5 years hands-on experience in supporting sales operations process, business planning, and documentation.
  • Key tools – MS-Office suite, Salesforce, NetSuite
  • Familiarity with at least one out of salesforce and NetSuite data structures and process flow for sales enablement
  • Familiarity with Sales Operations process from opportunity origination to closure
  • Ability to manage own time effectively.
  • High attention to detail; works accurately, quickly and has good organizational skills.
  • Effective working on an international and cross functional team
  • A strong desire to keep learning new things.
