We develop, sell, and support software enabling our clients to better manage, govern, and secure sensitive data across multiple cloud or on-premises systems. Our clients are under unprecedented pressures from their clients. These pressures include improving firm effectiveness (client relations, financial success, and predictability) as well as reducing cyber-security risks. We are hiring individuals that can take the time to understand our clients’ specific challenges, goals, and requirements, and effectively articulate and demonstrate the value of our solutions to meet them.



  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments within an assigned territory.
  • Manage your territory with a franchise-like mindset.
  • Work the entire sales process from lead creation and development through qualification, demonstrations, negotiations, and closure.
  • Champion a team-selling environment effectively utilizing available resources (Technical Solution Consultants, Sales and Executive Management) to drive successful sales cycles.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Collaborate with partners/resellers to identify needs, establish relationships and solicit quotes and orders.
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the region; some overnight travel is required. Travel is dependent upon Covid infection rates at any given time and may not be required.
  • Attend regional/national tradeshows to acquire new prospects.
  • Update CRM to reflect accurate and realistic projections.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of internal or external groups presenting company policies and objectives.
  • Comply with Company Information Security policies and procedures and report any incident that is related to information security.



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Demonstrable history of quota achievement.
  • 4+ years direct selling experience (preferably a technology software solution), carrying an individual quota.
  • Conversational understanding and experience selling Information Technology, Information Security, and/or Information Governance solutions.
  • Ability to perform in a self-managed environment; must be a "self-starter" with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and prospective clients to understand their pain-points and needs.
  • Ability to use resources – sales management, technical consultants, executive management, partners/resellers – to effectively collaborate with to generate revenue.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, professional image, customer service focus, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Accurate forecasting capabilities based on deep working knowledge of sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic computer operation and peripheral use.
