Our Director, Organic Search position is a full-time remote role offering a competitive salary of $175K to $200K as well as a comprehensive performance based bonus package. This role is your gateway to spearheading innovative organic search strategies. Work with a team of experts in optimizing our online presence, driving sustainable growth, and maximizing visibility across search engines. With a finger on the pulse of SEO trends and a passion for driving results, you'll help us chart a course towards digital prominence.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Spearheads the formulation, execution, and refinement of the company’s overarching global SEO strategy, aligning with organizational objectives and market dynamics
  • Develops long-term strategies to increase organic visibility, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic and conversions
  • Leverage data analytics and SEO tools to analyze organic performance, identify trends, and  offers actionable insights for refinement Develops KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Conducts in-depth keyword research to identify strategic opportunities and inform content optimization efforts
  • Directs comprehensive off-page optimization initiatives
  • Collaborates seamlessly with diverse teams across the organization
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and best practices in organic search and SEO to drive innovation within the organization
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and knowledge hub within the organization, proactively sharing best practices, innovative approaches, and actionable recommendations to drive SEO
  • Be responsible for the employee life cycle including; disciplinary actions, performance reviews, goal reaching activities, fostering a positive environment, following company policies, etc.

 

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or commensurate experience
  • 10+ years of proven SEO leadership in a fast paced business
  • Demonstrated expertise in devising and implementing enterprise-level SEO strategies, ideally within a global context
  • Proven track record of leadership and team development, with a strong ability to inspire and empower diverse teams
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms to drive informed decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all level
  • A strategic mentality, coupled with a keen analytical competence and a relentless drive for results and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms / software
  • Familiarity with SQL, scripting/programming for data mining and modeling
  • Expertise in advanced SEO testing methodologies
