Director of FP&A - Business Partner

Description

At CloudOne Digital, we are seeking a Director of FP&A - Business Partner to lead revenue forecasting, analysis, and business partnering. This role is responsible for building scalable processes, delivering accurate insights, and driving strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll own forecasting and reporting for revenue and MRR, partner with executives and business leaders to improve performance, and guide a team of analysts in providing clear, actionable financial insights.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a pay range of $150k - $175K annually.

Responsibilities: 
  • Own the FP&A close process for revenue, MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), and bookings.
  • Own the monthly forecast process and results for revenue and related KPIs.
  • Build out all corporate reporting for evaluating revenue and related KPIs, complete with variance explanations.
  • Contribute to the business leader’s slides for the board deck.
  • Lead P&L meetings with General Managers, including variance analysis.
  • Manage a team of financial analysts and senior financial analysts to support forecasting processes, provide insights, and deliver reporting to the business.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and assess business cases.
  • Manage Bi-weekly performance reporting, giving valuable insights to Executives to help drive thoughtful decisions to improve the business


Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
  • Excellent business partnering experience.
  • Experience managing and empowering a team.
  • Previous experience building out a revenue forecast process.
  • The ability to work with and manage an executive leader.
  • Excellent experience building out scalable processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Experience in an MRR business in the technology industry.
  • The ability to work through complexity and articulate a simple story.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to get your hands dirty and build from the ground up.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
