Our Vice President of Revenue and Strategy Operations position is a full-time remote role offering a competitive salary of $200 - $300K based on experience and company fit, as well as a comprehensive performance based bonus package. In this position you'll lead our revenue generation efforts with strategic prowess and operational finesse, driving our company's growth trajectory to new heights. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue streams and chart a course for sustainable success.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct pricing analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to determine optimal pricing structures
  • Oversee sales operations functions including sales planning, forecasting, territory management, and sales performance analytics
  • Implement tools and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously assess and optimize revenue streams through upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth
  • Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Track key performance metrics, identify trends, and generate insights to inform revenue strategies
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure successful execution of revenue initiatives
  • Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals
  • Be responsible for the employee life cycle including; disciplinary actions, performance reviews, goal reaching activities, fostering a positive environment, following company policies, etc.



Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of proven success in revenue management, pricing strategy, and sales operations roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in data analytics tools, CRM systems, and financial software
