Senior Manager, Customer Success Talent Solutions - Global Accounts

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead the APAC region with our Global Accounts Program. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the strategy and leading the team that drives engagement and adoption of LinkedIn Talent Solutions offerings via consulting and education services. You will lead a people Manager and a team of individual contributors who work with our clients across APAC and are based in Australia, Singapore, Tokyo and India.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of 15+ customer success professionals, including a manager
  • Provide the team with thought leadership, coaching, one on ones and performance appraisals
  • Be responsible for recruiting and hiring for the team
  • Drive development and application of strategy including market specific requirements related to adoption and education with sales, marketing and product leadership
  • Deliver Best Practices that can be shared with customers to help them in maximizing their use of our solutions as they evolve their talent strategies
  • Partner with sales on the go to market strategy within region
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage both internal and customer projects, expectations, track progress, identify and drive issue resolution
  • Cross-APAC and some US travel required (approximately 30% of the time)

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing distributed customer success, sales, or talent acquisition teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or similar field
  • Experience with customer success, sales, professional services, or talent acquisition
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Ability to operationalize a dispersed workforce and to focus on and deliver outcomes
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Knowledge of social media recruiting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively even when under pressure
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Completely trustworthy and reliable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
