A successful Engineering Recruiting Operations Manager will bring a combination of talent expertise and strong Program/Project Management skills. The ability to connect people & ideas across multiple teams is critical.  The ideal candidate will also need to be analytical and detail oriented with a focus on building a strong operational foundation for the Engineering Recruiting team.

As the Engineering Recruiting Operations Manager, you will partner with the Head of Engineering Recruiting and their leadership team to run the business of Engineering Recruiting. This includes managing demand planning and resource allocation processes, establishing key metrics and reporting to the business, establishing structure and cadence for reporting and tracking team projects and leveraging data to monitor business trends (e.g., delivery, demand, productivity, requisitions per resource). You will partner closely with key partners across the company, including Finance, Recruiting and People Analytics on headcount and resources management. The Engineering Recruiting Operations Manager will help enable the success of the Engineering Recruiting team by establishing a strong operational foundation.

This position will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, depending on your preference.


  • Work with Head of Engineering Recruiting to build out and drive regular Business Reviews with leadership
  • Consistently identify and make recommendations for areas of improvement from a process and operational standpoint
  • Partner with Finance, Recruiting and People teams in requisition approval and management, headcount/hiring analytics and process optimization
  • Optimize and streamline key reporting and metrics
  • Evaluate, create, and implement operational and process improvements and enhancements optimizing
  • Partner with Recruiting leadership to develop a scalable on-boarding program for new Recruiting team members
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation on workflow, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate and execute on additional recruiting initiatives and programs


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional work experience


 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Recruiting or HR Management
  • Experience in Program or Business Management
  • Strong communication skills - Written and verbal
