We are hiring a Program Manager aligned to Talent and Learning Solutions (TLS) Partnerships program in APAC. The person will create and manage multiple and varied partner programs to drive growth of our TLS business via our strategic channel partners across APAC. This role will play a strategic part in driving hockey stick growth of our channels program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles and have full ownership of programs and projects, from inception to launch.

 

Responsibilities:

 

        Simultaneously own and manage multiple partner programs and key strategic projects.

        Be the primary point of contact for Partner Managers on all key aspects of product education, partner marketing, data insights and reporting.

        Lead high-impact education of channel partners and transform them into LinkedIn evangelists by keeping them informed, educated and inspired.

        Create and implement programs to enable channels partners at an individual and agency level.

        Develop and maintain dashboards to ensure tracking of all key metrics related to Channels.

        Develop and own Partner marketing and communications (regular webinars, newsletters, SharePoint).

        Develop strong working relationships with multiple internal LinkedIn teams such as  marketing, sales enablement, customer success, sales operations, etc, and drive coss functional engagement to provision resources and deliver on the requirements of the Channel program.

        Proactively identify gaps in partner program and processes and conceptualize and execute projects to fix the gaps.

        Maintain deep knowledge of LinkedIn’s products and the ability to differentiate our platform from industry competitors

        Proactively acquire a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s Identity and Content platforms in order to successfully manage and grow partner relationships

        Report on partner status to internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

 

        BA/BS degree

        3+ years of work experience in project or program management experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

        Experience with project management / program management in a matrix organization with a complex stakeholder base.

        Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and CRM ( Salesforce.com / MS Dynamics)

        Excellent communication, analytical and business skills.

        Ability to structure and conduct quantitative analysis to develop data-driven decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.

        Creative and innovative thinker, with strong self-discipline and time management skills

        Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

        Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
