As it is a global role there will be international travel (up to 25%) and the need to join some planned calls outside of normal business hours.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Performance Consultant to join our global Sales Readiness team. The Sales Readiness team at LinkedIn is responsible for bringing innovative sales enablement solutions to our global sales and customer success teams. This includes new product launches, major change projects and skills training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships across the customer success organization (from senior leaders to individual contributors) and across all cross functional teams like PMM, Insights, Sales Operations and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Continuously evaluate priorities, develop plans, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders within LinkedIn Talent Solutions to bring to life the top priorities for the business via an enablement strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Performance Consultants within Sales Readiness located in all disciplines to ensure we scale globally, think locally.
  • Conduct assessments to determine readiness and skills gaps, and work with the appropriate stakeholders to quickly develop the right initiatives and programs to close them.
  • Drive execution of the various onboarding and always-boarding initiatives and programs.
  • Review and manage the existing content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience, ensure the content is current and relevant and that the best technology is employed.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure training programs for business impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility.
  • Deliver live and virtual learning programs as well as develop new e-learnings.
  • Help foster a culture of growth and continuous learning.

  • Ability to work hours conducive to global stakeholder and partner management.
  • Ability to travel – 25-35%.



Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management or client services or 3+ years experience in driving training and broader readiness programs
  • Experience in developing and delivering professional learning and development. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • Experience in one or more of Enterprise Sales, SaaS, Management Consulting, or Product Management 
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking broad visions and concepts and developing structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then executing those plans.
  • Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and web-based meeting tools (WebEx, LiveMeeting, Go-to-Meeting, BlueJeans, etc.) to create instructionally sound learning programs is desired
  • Proven success leading global programs via project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong facilitation and/or public speaking skills
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Proven success at partnering with cross functional teams
  • Expert in MS Office applications - primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project
  • Outstanding skills in organizing ideas and communicating effectively to a wide range of audiences.
