We are looking for a Sales Enablement business partner to join our APAC Sales Readiness team in creating high-impact sales enablement and learning programmes for our Talent & Learning Solutions teams in Asia.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that will change the career trajectory of sales professionals at LinkedIn across our Southeast and North Asia markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan). 


  • Partner with Sales Leaders to plan and execute sales enablement strategies for sales professionals.
  • Serve as a key partner to the Sales team and establish a trusted partnership in developing learning strategies
  • Align sales enablement strategies with key business priorities and performance targets
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Readiness colleagues in across APAC and in other regions (NAMER & EMEA) to ensure we scale globally, think locally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to uncover business needs and skills gaps, and deliver best in class development for sales professionals
  • Consult with Sales, including strategic planning, learning & development planning, team development, management and leadership coaching
  • Consults with leaders to assess and analyze the learning needs of employees based on current and future strategic plans
  • Delivers high quality sales training and practice workshops
  • Measure and evaluate the ROI of sales enablement programs, tied directly to core sales competencies and direct impact to key business metrics
  • Drive programmatic changes to sales development approach driven by measurement outcomes to continue to demand excellence


Basic Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of experience working directly on sales learning and development initiatives, or in a high performing sales or sales management role 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • BA degree
  • Experience of inspiring and leading change, driving for organizational improvements, and building consensus between entities, swiftly
  • Experience and capability over time of building strong, lasting relationships with senior level Sales Managers and leaders
  • Expert in execution, establishing top priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience taking ideas from strategy to full execution
  • Proven success at managing relationships with cross-functional and senior level stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed 
  • Experience as a B2B sales professional
  • Experience in the technology / internet industry
  • Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and techniques
  • Familiarity with learning management systems
  • Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, MindTickle etc.) and web-based meeting tools (WebEx, Live Meeting, Go-to-Meeting, etc.) to create instructionally sound learning programs
