Program Manager, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions

 As an Insights Program Manager supporting LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world to help answer strategic questions such as: What is next best action for our Sales Reps to take when something happens? How do we best advise our clients about the Audience they’re targeting and what content might resonate best? How do we measure the value and performance of our products? These are a handful of the hundreds of questions we can answer with our data.  

As an Insights Program Manager, you’ll come up with new questions and opportunities to create value, prioritize, and focus your efforts on those that will have maximum impact for the business. You will work with a high-caliber, passionate team to lead high-impact projects and scale analytics tools to create value for our customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.

 Responsibilities

  • Address business challenges by leveraging LinkedIn’s unique data to create innovative solutions
  • Work closely with our Product and Program Managers to identify opportunities to prototype, experiment, and scale analysis to help demonstrate client value
  • Define roadmap for tools and input into prioritization of platform features
  • Work with Sales Readiness and Insights to train Sales on the use of our tools
  • Evangelize features and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and develop user-centric requirements and project plans

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of Program/Product/Project Management experience
  • 3+ years working with large data-sets and deriving actionable insights from them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL/Pig/Hive/Python/R 
  • Experience with big data technologies (like Hadoop or Presto)
  • Experience with data visualization and telling stories with data (Tableau, other data viz tools)
  • Web development skills not required, but valued (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field
  • Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
  • You have a demonstrated strength using data as a core part of your job, ideally driving towards action.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity; desire and ability to learn
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs & leveraging data to drive impact
  • You understand the value LinkedIn creates for members and companies AND get really excited thinking about the potential of its data to help solve business problems.
  • You like to dream big, work collaboratively with a team to get stuff done, and know how to have fun along the way. You ideally have experience in a technology / product / sales environment; client services (e.g., consulting, banking) experience also helpful, particularly if you enjoyed the fast-paced learning environment but were impatient to “do.”
