Sales Performance Consultant – EMEA RegionLearning Solutions

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within LinkedIn Learning Solutions to uncover learning & development needs; 
  • Build and establish learning curricula and align with overarching global LLS Sales Readiness sales & learning strategy; 
  • Design and develop world-class learning programs across a variety of learning mediums to improve the effectiveness of our customer acquisition and customer business segments; 
  • Develop effective performance support tools to provide real-time support to the LinkedIn LLS DACH sales teams (individual contributors and leaders); 
  • Manage the full development life-cycle of learning programs from inception to delivery; deliver live and virtual learning programs; 
  • This position will report to the EMEA Sales Readiness leader. Expected travel time: ~25% 
  • This position can be located in either Dublin or Munich 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a closing role or sales readiness or learning & development 
  • Fluency in German and English


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MBA/MS/MA 
  • Experience in sales and/or sales enablement specifically in the DACH markets. Other European markets such as France are also preferred. 
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications - primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
  • SaaS industry experience 
  • Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with senior level sales leaders 
  • Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute 
  • Proven success at partnering with cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong facilitation and/or public speaking skills 
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed. Proven project management skills preferred 
  • Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, MindTickle, LinkedIn Learning etc.) and web-based meeting tools (BlueJeans, etc.) to create instructionally sound learning programs is desired 
  • 3+ years of experience driving sales training and broader Sales Readiness programs
