We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team in building innovative products that professionals don’t just use, but love. Our product management team here at LinkedIn is motivated by releasing products that “wow” users, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and making those around them more productive and successful. You will be responsible for designing, creating and launching features used by millions of people every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on LinkedIn
  • Based extensive experience in user product, Lead team to achieve innovative products or core functions from 0 to 1.
  • Professional data analysis capabilities, and have the experience of data products, through data to meet user needs scenarios;
  • Drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally and with the Product Development team to bring features live to the App. 
  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in a technology-related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role, and have the corresponding product operation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS degree in a technology-related field
  • Experience building App products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer App usage including experience with social media
  • Knowledge of the Internet, emerging web technologies and community building 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace 
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • 对行业发展具备全方位的认知,基于对用户需求的深刻理解和丰富的产品经验,在LinkedIn平台上提出系统和完整的产品规划。
  • 具备丰富的用户产品的执行经验,可以跨职能线带领项目组从0到1实现创新项目,或核心产品功能的不断迭代,协同运营、市场、商务等团队推动产品或项目阶段性发展。
  • 具备专业的数据分析能力,并具备数据产品的丰富经验,善于通过数据来满足用户各种职场上的需求场景;
  • 基于产品定义和规划,设计产品功能,编写产品文档,输出产品设计
  • 具备项目管理的能力,可以协调不同部门紧密合作,把握项目进度,解决执行过程中的随机问题,逐步实现阶段性目标
  • 保持用户思维,把LinkedIn的产品价值清晰地传递给用户

基本要求:

  • 计算机、设计等相关专业
  • 七年以上用户产品经验,并参与到相关产品的运营工作
